Thank you to everyone who helped On November 6, Center staff and Board members celebrated with more than 350 of their closest friends and colleagues for an exciting night of dinner, dancing, auctions, and dolphin show at the National Aquarium in Baltimore! Guests imbibed at the open bar and feasted on the strolling buffet, while the Rumba Club and Caribbean Cocktail heated up the dance floors. Many thanks to our generous event sponsors and auction donors, along with everyone who contributed their support, purchased tickets for friends and family, or simply dressed to the nines for this fabulous event! Highlights included the exciting door prize, live auctions, and silent auctions. The door prize was dinner and a day trip for four aboard the National Aquarium in Baltimore's Research Vessel with the Aquarium Conservation staff to catch juvenile sandbar sharks to tag and release for research purposes. Some of the fifty auction items won included a week in a Vermont farmhouse, scuba certification and dive in the National Aquarium in Baltimore's tanks, six corporate box tickets at a Redskins Game, six passes to Paramount's Kings Dominion, and a $100 Gift Certificate to Vespa's Restaurant.
