Payment Information
The Center accepts credit card payments online through this secure store.
To pay by check, simply print out your completed shopping cart page and mail it to us at the address above along with your payment.
To pay by purchase order, please print out your completed shopping cart and fax it to us along with your company issued purchase order/payment voucher to 410-461-8324.

Shipping Policy
Shipping & Handling: All hardcopy orders are processed within three business days.

Shipping and Handling fees will be calculated upon checkout.
If you would like your item shipped next day or 2nd day, please call the Center at 410-461-8323.

Return Policy
You may return most* Center items purchased from our store for a full product refund within 30 days of the packing slip date. We cannot accept items that are returned more than 30 days after the packing slip date, are not in their original condition and packaging, or are missing parts. Shipping and Handling fees are non-refundable unless the wrong product was sent to you.

*We cannot accept returns on any media (CD, etc.), clothing, electronic documents or Specials.

To return an item, please pack the item(s) along with the packing slip securely in a box.

Refunds - Once the returned item is received and approved, a refund of the product price (excluding Shipping & Handling) will be made using the original payment method. Credit card refunds will be made within 10 business days. This credit will be identified as Go-Emerchant on a credit card statement. Check refunds will be mailed within 30 days to the billing address on the original order.

Bulk Rate Policy
Center for Watershed Protection publications and CDs are eligible for bulk discount pricing if 10 or more of the same item are purchased.

These discounts are only given to orders placed via telephone or fax. Certain restrictions may apply based on current inventory levels. If you would like to place an order or would like more information please contact the Center at 410-461-8323.

Information Collection and Use

The Center for Watershed Protection recognizes that visitors to our site may be concerned about the information they provide to us and how we treat that information. The Center is the sole owner of all information collected on this website. We do not sell or rent this information to other organizations for marketing or solicitation purposes.

Ordering Publications
We request information from customers who order publications on Go-Emerchant's secure online order form. Customers must provide contact information (name, phone and shipping address) and financial information (credit card number, expiration date) for shipping and billing purposes, even when customers are ordering electronic publications that do not need to be shipped. If we have trouble processing an order, this contact information is used to get in touch with the customer. The Center for Watershed Protection has no access to any financial information. We do not sell or rent this information to other organizations for marketing or solicitation purposes.

Our Authorized Online Retailer is Go-Emerchant. Go-Emerchant provides a Secure Payment Gateway using VeriSign, so anyone making purchases on our online store should feel confidant that their financial information is secure. Online Donations
If you join our Friends of the Center program or donate to the Center online, your name will be posted on our web page and/or Annual Report unless you ask us not to via email or letter. We will in no case share, sell or rent your donation data or contact information with other organizations. Credit Card information is never stored offline in a file or in hard copy in our offices.

For security measures for protecting your personal and credit card information when making online donations, we use Go-Emerchant. Please read the information relating to Ordering Publications above.

Downloading Free Resources
We ask users to supply contact information to receive some of our free online resources. We do not sell or rent these e-mail addresses to other organizations for marketing or solicitation purposes. E-Newsletter
We ask users to supply contact information to subscribe to our electronic newsletter, Runoff Rundown. Instructions on how to unsubscribe from electronic mailings are included in every message we send out. Requests to unsubscribe are processed immediately. We do not sell or rent these e-mail addresses to other organizations for marketing or solicitation purposes.
