At the second light, (Rite Aid on corner) turn right onto Rogers Ave. Go past the Howard County Police Station and Courthouse and turn right onto Ellicott Mills Drive (there will be a sign directing traffic to "Historic Ellicott City"). Near the bottom of the hill, you will see a free public parking lot on the left. Park in this lot behind the Center’s building.
