Circuit rider smooths the way for York, PA water quality projects

In the city of York, PA, streamflow in some sections of Tyler Run threatened pedestrians, infrastructure and water quality. That is until the city asked the York County Circuit Rider to help with the design and permitting on a stream stabilization project. The project, now under construction, is a concrete example of how a "circuit rider" can bring various resources together to help local governments get water quality projects under way.
