Cemetery bridges, baseball fields, broken fences and blocked drainage were among the areas along Stone Run examined Thursday by water quality experts and advocates.
Representatives of the Octoraro Watershed Association, the Center for Watershed Protection, Maryland's Department of Natural Resources and Cecil County's public works department visited a total of 18 sites along the nearly 11-square-mile Octoraro Creek tributary, which snakes through Rising Sun.
